Using Graflio Alongside Helium 10
There is no integration between Helium 10 and Graflio as of August 2026 — no API, no sync, no single sign-on. The workflow is manual and it works: research keywords and competitors in Helium 10, paste the same ASIN into Graflio, and let the research decide what each gallery image argues. If you can only pay for one, buy Helium 10 first.
Helium 10 finds the keywords and the products. Graflio builds the images. There is no API between them, and you should distrust any page that implies otherwise. What exists is a clean manual handoff: do the research in Helium 10, paste the ASIN into Graflio, and the keyword work you already paid for ends up shaping what image two actually says. This page describes that handoff precisely, including the one module where the two tools genuinely overlap.
The honest status: no integration exists
As of August 2026 Graflio has no Helium 10 connector, no OAuth handshake, no shared account and no data sync. Nothing is pushed or pulled between the two. Everything below is a workflow you run yourself, and the only thing that moves between the tools is an ASIN and a short list of keywords you copy across. That is less impressive than an integration badge, and it is also the whole truth.
It matters less than it sounds, because the connective tissue is Amazon itself. Helium 10 identifies an ASIN. Graflio reads that same ASIN from the live listing. Both tools are pointed at the same public object, so they stay in sync without ever talking to each other.
Division of labour
| Helium 10 | Graflio | |
|---|---|---|
| Finding a product to sell | Black Box, Xray | No |
| Keyword volume and reverse-ASIN | Cerebro, Magnet | No |
| Title, bullets, backend terms | Listing Builder | No |
| Rank and inventory tracking | Yes | No |
| Reading reviews for pain points | Manual | Automated from the ASIN |
| Deciding what six images argue | No | Yes, from listing data |
| Rendering a full gallery set | AI images inside Listing Builder | Yes |
| Editing the result afterwards | Regenerate | Layer editor |
Read that table as two products with one row of overlap, not as a scorecard. Helium 10 does nine things Graflio will never do.
The handoff, step by step
Run Cerebro on your own ASIN and on the two competitors above you. You get a ranked keyword list with search volume. Most sellers stop there and pour those terms into the title. The second, less common move is to read the top ten by volume as a statement about what shoppers are worried about, not just what they type. "Stainless steel" ranking above your brand name means material is the deciding attribute in your category, and that belongs on an image, not only in a bullet.
Then paste the ASIN into Graflio. Graflio reads the live listing, its reviews and the surrounding best sellers, and produces a brief: pain points tagged by whether they came from your reviews or a competitor's, USPs grounded in that evidence, and a plan for the image set. Compare that brief against your Cerebro list. Where they agree, you have a claim worth an entire image. Where Cerebro shows volume that the review data never mentions, you have a keyword to rank for but not an image to build.
The last step is boring and important: your title and your image two should not repeat each other. Helium 10 optimises the title for the search engine, Graflio builds images for the human who arrived. If both say the same six words, you have wasted a slot.
Where the tools overlap: Listing Builder's AI images
Helium 10 added AI image generation inside Listing Builder. You click a button and it produces product and lifestyle visuals intended for the listing, Amazon Posts and A+ headers. It is available on the plan you are already paying for, which makes it the rational first thing to try before you pay anyone else.
Where Graflio wins
- You start from an ASIN, and the argument comes from reviews and competitors rather than a prompt.
- Output opens as layers: headlines are text, callouts are objects, and a price or claim change is a five-second edit.
- Callouts are anchored to coordinates on the real product photo, so a line points at the actual port and stays there.
- The real pack shot is composited; generation handles scene and background layers, not the product.
- Brand kit carries palette, type and logo across a whole set and across SKUs.
Where Helium 10 wins
- It is included in a subscription you almost certainly already have. Marginal cost of trying: zero.
- Images and listing text live in one screen, so the keyword you just found is right there while you write the headline.
- Nothing in Graflio touches keyword volume, rank tracking, inventory or PPC — all of which decide more of your P&L than image four does.
- For a single Amazon Posts visual or an A+ header, opening a second tool is overhead you do not need.
What each one costs, as of August 2026
Helium 10 lists Platinum at $129 a month, or $99 a month billed annually. Diamond is $359 a month, or $279 annually, and is the tier that carries the AI Listing Builder integrated with keyword research. Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month billed annually. The old $39 Starter plan was withdrawn in April 2026. There is a free plan with no time limit but hard caps: two Cerebro and two Magnet searches a day, and Black Box on a small lifetime allowance.
Graflio starts with €10 of credits and no card. Paid plans are €49.99, €199.99 and €499.99 a month for 150, 875 and 2,850 credits, which works out between roughly €0.17 and €0.33 per credit. Research on a listing costs 0.1 credit; a finished image costs one to three credits depending on the model. A six-image set therefore lands in the €2–6 range at the entry tier.
These are different currencies and different billing logics on purpose: Helium 10 is a seat, Graflio is a meter. If you generate nothing in March, Graflio's free tier costs you nothing and Helium 10 still bills.
Which to buy first
- Pre-launch, no listing live yet. Helium 10 first, without question. Graflio's research pass needs a live listing with reviews; before that it has much less to work with.
- Listing live, sales flat, images weak. Try Helium 10's Listing Builder images first — you are already paying. If the set does not hold together across six slots, or if you hit your third revision and each one regenerates the image, that is the point where a layer editor pays for itself.
- Twenty or more SKUs. Per-image economics dominate. Price both on your real monthly volume rather than on headline subscription price.
- Budget for exactly one tool. Buy Helium 10. Keywords and product selection move revenue more than image quality does, and a decent image set can be bought on Fiverr for $10–25 apiece. That answer is not in our favour and it is still the right one.
Common questions
Does Graflio integrate with Helium 10?
No. As of August 2026 there is no API connection, data sync or single sign-on between them. The workflow is manual: you research in Helium 10 and paste the ASIN into Graflio, which reads the listing directly from Amazon.
Can I import my Cerebro keywords into Graflio?
Not automatically. You copy the terms you care about and type them into headlines or callouts in the editor. In practice you only carry across five or six terms, because an image set cannot hold more than that without becoming unreadable.
Helium 10 already makes AI images. Why pay for a second tool?
Often you should not, and trying the included module first is the rational move. The two reasons sellers add a second tool are editability and consistency: Graflio's output opens as editable layers, and a brand kit holds one visual system across a whole set and across SKUs.
Which Helium 10 plan do I need for the AI listing tools?
Helium 10 lists the AI Listing Builder integrated with keyword research under Diamond, at $359 a month or $279 billed annually as of August 2026. Check the current plan page before buying, because Helium 10 changed its tiers in April 2026.
Does Graflio replace Helium 10?
No, and it is not close. Graflio does not do keyword research, product research, rank tracking, inventory or PPC. If you can only afford one subscription, it should be the research suite.
