The service

Graflio researches Amazon listings and generates marketing images with AI. You need an account; keep your credentials safe and your email current.

Credits and payment

Generation is paid with prepaid credits, purchased as one-off packs or a subscription via Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. By buying credits you ask us to make them available immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for credits already spent; unspent credits from one-off packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

Fair use

Don't use Graflio to break the law, infringe others' rights, or overload the service. You warrant you have the right to use the product listings and images you import. Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended.

Your content, your images

What you import and generate remains yours. You grant us the technical licence needed to store and process it to run the service — nothing more. Generated images are delivered without any watermark or claim from us.

AI output

Images are AI-generated: review them before publishing. You are responsible for compliance of your listings with Amazon's policies and applicable law (claims, labelling, trademark use).

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email. You can delete your account at any time; we may close accounts that violate these terms.

Law and disputes

Spanish law applies. Consumers in the EU can also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
