Graflio for Agencies and Resellers

The short answer

There is exactly one brand kit per account: no seats, no client workspaces, no per-client kits. An agency running several brands needs an account per client or a manual swap between jobs, and you would find that out in the first hour anyway. What does scale is research at 0.1 credit per ASIN (a 200-SKU catalogue audit for about €7), the public API at three concurrent runs, layered SVG and PSD exports at 2160 px, and credits down to €0.175 on the Scale plan — roughly €1–4 of raw cost per six-image set.

Agencies ask two questions about a tool like this, and only one of them has a good answer here. "Does it hold ten clients' brands apart?" — no. Graflio stores one brand kit per account, so an agency running several brands either opens an account per client or swaps the kit between jobs. "Does it make catalogue work cheaper?" — yes, substantially, and the saving is concentrated in research and in layered handoff rather than in unattended rendering. This page is the honest version of both answers.

One brand kit per account. Say it before you buy.

The brand kit holds a background colour, an accent, a text colour, a headline font, a body font, uploaded font files, a logo and a style mode. It is stored against the account, one row per user, with no second slot: no seats, no team members, no client workspaces, no permissions model. You will discover this in the first hour, so we would rather you discovered it here.

Two arrangements work. One account per client keeps kits in place, makes billing attributable and gives each client its own 200-product shelf. Swapping the single kit is cheaper: six fields and a logo upload. But nothing records which kit rendered which set, and a later regeneration uses whatever kit is loaded then, not the one the set was built with. Past about three brands, take the accounts.

What actually batches, and what does not

The dividing line runs between research and rendering. Research is built for catalogue scale; image sets are not.

StepBatchingPractical ceiling
Import ASINsCSV or TXT, pulled from a Seller Central export300 rows per file, deduplicated, dropped into the composer for review before anything is spent
ResearchQueued as background jobs20 items per submission; 4 research jobs run concurrently; the account shelf holds 200 products
Image setStarted per productNo "generate for the whole catalogue" control exists in the app; two image jobs run at a time
Unattended runsPublic API, POST /v1/infographicsSix images per run, 3 runs in flight per account, charged to the same credit balance
Colour variantsOne run repaints a finished setUp to 12 images × 8 colours in a run

Two of those numbers bite. A 300-row import lands in a composer that submits 20 at a time, so a full catalogue pass is fifteen clicks. And the 200-product shelf is smaller than the import cap, which is another reason the per-client account is the sane shape.

The research pass is the part worth selling

Research costs 0.1 credit per ASIN. It scrapes the live listing, its reviews, the category best-seller list and the top ten competitors, then writes a brief: four to seven pain points, each tagged as coming from the client's own reviews or a named competitor's, four to six USPs grounded in that evidence, and a per-image script. At 0.1 credit, auditing a client's whole 200-SKU catalogue costs 20 credits — about €7 at the credit-pack rate, under €4 on the Scale plan.

That is a diagnostic you can charge for before anyone opens a design file, and it answers what most catalogue engagements begin by guessing at: which twelve of the two hundred listings are worth rebuilding. The output is text, so it goes straight into a proposal.

Credit economics at volume

Prices are Graflio's own, as of August 2026. Credit packs are 30 for €10, 90 for €30 and 270 for €90 — €0.333 a credit at every size. Plans are where volume pays: Starter €49.99 for 150 credits a month, Growth €199.99 for 875, Scale €499.99 for 2,850. Annual billing takes 10% off and grants the twelve months of credits upfront.

Per creditSix-image set at 2 credits/imageSets per month
Credit packs€0.333€4.03as many as you buy
Starter, €49.99€0.333€4.0312
Growth, €199.99€0.229€2.7772
Scale, €499.99€0.175€2.12235
Scale, billed yearly€0.158€1.91235

A finished image costs one to three credits depending on which model renders it, so the middle column moves with that choice: the same set on a one-credit model costs €1.07 at the Scale rate. Failed generations are refunded automatically, which matters more at agency volume, because you are not the one watching the queue. The agency argument here is cost of goods, not seats: a set of six lands between roughly €1 and €4 in credits, and what you bill for it is your business.

The layered handoff

This is the part that fits an agency workflow rather than a seller's. A generated gallery file is 1024 px square — above Amazon's stated 1,000 px floor for zoom, below the 1,600 px Amazon recommends. Studio exports at 2160 px, comfortably above both, in three formats: PNG for the Seller Central upload, SVG with live text elements and the webfont stylesheet referenced, and PSD with one named raster layer per object.

The SVG is the file a designer wants. It opens in Illustrator or Figma with headlines still editable as type, so a client's copy revision is a retype rather than a regeneration. Download the gallery file for internal review; export when the image ships.

Where this earns its place in an agency

  • 0.1 credit per researched ASIN makes a full-catalogue audit a billable deliverable rather than a cost.
  • Layered SVG and PSD at 2160 px hand off cleanly to whoever finishes the work.
  • The public API chains research and rendering with no interface in the loop.
  • Per-credit pricing at Scale puts a six-image set in the €1–4 range in raw cost.
  • €10 of credits with no card: test a client's ASIN before you propose anything.

Where it will frustrate you

  • One brand kit per account. No seats, no client workspaces, no per-client kits.
  • No bulk image generation in the interface; sets start per product.
  • Nothing overlays your logo on finished images — the logo only reaches the style tile used by the minimal style mode.
  • Variation families are not handled as families: colour variants repaint finished parent images, with no child-ASIN research behind them.
  • No white-label surface. Client-facing output is images and exports, not a branded portal.

Who should and should not run this

  1. A one-to-three-brand studio: good fit. Swap the kit, or take an account each.
  2. A ten-client agency wanting one login: bad fit today. Ten accounts is real administrative friction and we will not pretend otherwise.
  3. An agency selling listing audits: the strongest fit here, and it needs no image generation at all.
  4. A team with its own designers: take the brief and the layered export, finish in your own tools.
  5. A reseller wanting an unattended pipeline: possible through /v1/infographics, with three concurrent runs as the ceiling.

Common questions

Can I keep a separate brand kit for each client?

No. The brand kit is stored one per account, so an agency running several brands needs either one account per client or a manual swap between jobs. There is no per-client kit, no seat model and no team workspace.

Is there a bulk "generate images for my whole catalogue" button?

Not in the app. Research batches — you can import up to 300 ASINs from a CSV or TXT file and submit them 20 at a time — but image sets are started per product. The only unattended route is the public API, which allows three runs in flight per account.

Can I put my agency's logo on the images?

No. The logo in the brand kit is drawn onto the style tile that anchors the minimal style mode; it is a reference for the model, not an overlay. If you need a watermark or an agency mark, add it in the studio or after export.

What does a six-image set actually cost us?

Between about €1 and €4 in credits, depending on plan and model. Six images at two credits each plus 0.1 credit of research is 12.1 credits: €4.03 at the credit-pack rate of €0.333, €2.12 on the Scale plan at €0.175 a credit, €1.07 if you render on a one-credit model at the Scale rate.

Does it handle variation families?

Only partially, and not as families. A colour-variant run repaints already-finished parent images into other colours — up to 12 images across 8 colours per run — and saves them as a new set. It does not research the child ASINs or build a distinct set per child.
